Brittaney Baker

Post-secondary Readiness Practice Fellow

Brittaney Baker joined PEER as the Career and College Readiness Data Coordinator in August 2024. Passionate about championing access in post-secondary education, Brittaney has multi-faceted experience working in Career Services, Post-Secondary Counseling, and Strengths-Based Youth Development. Her previous work at Vanderbilt University was in helping to deliver the outcomes of Immersion Vanderbilt, an initiative born out of the strategic plan from the institution. Brittaney holds a B.A. from Coe College, an MSW in Organizational Leadership & Policy Practice from the University of Denver, and an Ed.D. in Higher Education Leadership & Policy from Vanderbilt University. She is excited for the collaborative work of PEER and its dedication to driving systematic change while amplifying equitable education research and practice.
