Positive School Climate

About the Research

This series of studies focuses on examining MNPS strategies that support the development of positive student skills, acknowledging the role of these skills in fostering positive school climate. We aim to understand how student support initiatives are structured, implemented, and perceived by stakeholders, leading to an articulation of the district’s theory of action in this area.
