Symposium Basics
Our annual symposium is a time to come together as one PEER community to showcase the activities and shareable findings of the working groups and rapid response teams, and to celebrate all the great work we’re doing together!
When: April 30, 2025 (11am – 1pm; Lunch will be provided!)
Where: MNPS Wellness Center, Large Conference Room (see map below)
Poster Information
Each research team should prepare a poster displaying key aspects of their projects and findings if available.
Key Dates
- February/March: Draft poster/get feedback from your other working group members. (At minimum, make sure your district sponsor sees the poster and provides feedback if it’s not possible to collect feedback from the whole group.)
- April 4: Add draft poster to the Symposium Google Drive folder for PEER/MNPS review
- April 10: Receive feedback from PEER/MNPS (Erin will email feedback)
- April 16: Revise poster and submit revised version to the Symposium Google Drive folder.
- April 23: Receive MNPS approval and/or remaining feedback (Erin will email feedback)
- April 24: Revise poster if needed and submit final version to the Symposium Google Drive folder.
