Information for Research Teams
Symposium Basics
Our annual symposium is a time to come together as one NashvillePeer community to showcase the activities and shareable findings of the working groups and rapid response teams, and to celebrate all the great work we’re doing together!
When: March 31, 2026 (11am – 1pm; Lunch will be provided!)
Where: Scarritt Bennett Center, Laskey Great Hall (see map below)
Registration: Register by March 1
Poster Information
Each research team should prepare a poster displaying key aspects of their project, including key findings and how the work has impacted MNPS.
Key Dates
- February: Draft poster/get feedback from your other working group members or research team members. (At minimum, make sure your district sponsor sees the poster and provides feedback if it’s not possible to collect feedback from the whole group.)
- March 6: Send poster to Abbey for Peer/MNPS review
- March 26: Revise poster if needed and send final version to Jessica for formatting and printing
