Nicole joined PEER as Research and Operations Manager in September 2023. In this role, she is responsible for collaborating with PEER constituents to design and implement research initiatives. Nicole has over 10 years of experience in research methods, managing multidisciplinary research teams and activities, and statistical analysis. While her research has covered fields of education, community health, and global development, the commonality of these interests lies within equity and community-based initiatives.
