Dr. Jason A. Grissom is Patricia and Rodes Hart Professor of Public Policy and Education at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College and faculty director of the Tennessee Education Research Alliance, which conducts research to support Tennessee’s school improvement efforts. His research focuses on school and district leadership, educator mobility and other human resources topics, and educational equity. Dr. Grissom is a Fellow of the American Educational Research Association and serves as President of the Association for Education Finance and Policy. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Economics and M.A. in Education from Stanford University.
