Sosina Tilahun is a sophomore at Vanderbilt university studying Human & Organizational Development with a minor in Data Science. Previously, she has done research with Baltimore County Public Schools to resolve educational inequities and academic outcomes for marginalized communities. As an undergraduate research assistant at PEER, she helps analyze qualitative and quantitative data regarding the Educational Equity Ecosystem and Student Absenteeism initiatives. Sosina is excited to support the partnership and promote the success and well-being of Nashville Youth!
