Erin Henrick

Co-Director

Erin Henrick is faculty in the Department of Leadership, Policy, and Organizations at Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College, and co-director of PEER. Erin’s experiences in service of her professional mission to improve the lives of students include high school teacher, middle school administrator, university instructor, and educational researcher and evaluator. Her research and evaluation interests focus on Research Practice Partnerships (RPPs) and using improvement science principles to support continuous improvement in education. Erin is National Faculty for The Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning and founder of Partner to Improve, an education research and consulting group supporting improvement and systemic change in education through powerful partnerships. She is a co-author of the book Systems for Instructional Improvement-Creating Coherence from the Classroom to the District Office and the RPP Health and Effectiveness Framework. Erin received her Ed.D. from Vanderbilt University and teaches courses in the Leadership, Learning, and Organizations Ed.D. program.
