Erin joined the Department of Research, Assessment, and Evaluation in Spring 2026 to serve as the Partnership Research Program Advisor. Before joining MNPS, she worked at SRI International, contributing to a broad range of research initiatives, partner engagement efforts, and the development of accessible reports and practitioner workshops. Erin developed a deep appreciation for the inner workings of education systems while serving as a college and career advisor for first‑generation high school students in Philadelphia. She is excited to be involved in education at the district level once again. Erin holds an M.P.P. in Education from Vanderbilt University and a B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College.
