Jessica is PEER’s director of communications. In her role, she directs all internal and external communication efforts and collaborates with key partners to translate complex research findings for policy and practitioner audiences, which includes overseeing the production and dissemination of all research products. Prior to joining the PEER team, Jessica served as the Teacher and Leader Support Coordinator at Instruction Partners and worked as a Graduate Assistant with the Principals’ Leadership Academy of Nashville. Jessica also spent four years in education advocacy at 50CAN, leading projects across the policy and research, communications, and leadership development teams. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from the College of Wooster and an M.P.P. from Vanderbilt University’s Peabody College.
